How To Browse Free Of Charge On Mtn Using The Latest Psiphon 91 Handler 400

✳ Real Proxy Type= HTTP

✳ Click Save and Select Region as USA

✳ Click on MORE OPTIONS and set as follows

✳ Tick Connect through an HTTP

✳ Tick use the following Settings

✳ Host address=10.199.212.2

✳ Port=8080

Now go back and click start and wait for it to connect, if its taking too long,please turn off your data and turn it back on to retry.
